Để thiết kế hệ thống PCCC theo đúng tiêu chuẩn và quy chuẩn PCCC Việt Nam có thể đảm bảo an toàn cho công trình được thiết kế và lắp đặt và đạt được yêu cầu của Cảnh sát PCCC chúng ta cần áp dụng tất cả những tiêu chuẩn sau. Dưới đây là Tiêu chuẩn cầm tay của những nhà thiết kế hệ thống PCCC luôn mang bên mình.

Quy trình lắp đặt hệ thống chữa cháy vách tường
Hẳn trong những hệ thống lắp đặt pccc các bạn đã từng nghe thấy hệ thống chữa cháy vách tường. Chúng tôi xin giới thiệu đến các bạn quy trình lắp đặt hệ thống chữa cháy vách tường bao gồm những bước như thế nào.
Quy trình lắp đặt hệ thống chữa cháy vách tường bao gồm những bước sau đâu:
- Bước 1: Thiết kế hoàn thiện hệ thống chữa cháy vách tường.
- Bước 2: tiến hành đệ trình tài liệu, nhà cung cấp và sản phẩm.
- Bước 3: đệ trình các loại mẫu vật tư.
- Bước 4: đệ trình bản vẽ thi công.
- Bước 5: chuẩn bị nhân lực.
- Bước 6: chuẩn bị các loại thiết bị thi công
- Bước 7: triển khai thi công.
Cụ thể, trong hệ thống chữa cháy vách tường các bước lắp đặt pccc bao gồm:
- Thực hiện sát sao những gì mà bản vẽ thi công đã chỉ rõ, từ những việc đo lường, lấy dấu và cắt ống phải đúng theo các thông số.
- Sau khi đo lường và cắt ống, tiến hành lắp đặt các giá treo đỡ ống. Tất nhiên phải đúng vị trí trên bản vẽ.
- Bước thứ 3 tiến hành kết nối ống và van cùng những phụ kiện thông qua các mối nối được chỉ rõ trong các bản vẽ.
- Để ngăn cháy và bịt kín khe hở, nên sử dụng rockwool và các chất trét kén.
- Sau khi hoàn thành những bước trên cần phải vệ sinh đường ống sao cho sạch sẽ, kiểm tra các van xem đã chặt hay chưa?
- Tiến hành thử áp lực, test xem đường ống có bị rò rỉ hay không?
- Hoàn thiện hệ thống.
Nói về hệ thống chữa cháy thì có rất nhiều các loại hệ thống khác nhau. Dù bạn có sử dụng hệ thống nào đi chăng nữa thì cũng không thể quên được nhiệm vụ bảo trì, bảo dưỡng hệ thống pccc theo quỹ hoặc năm.
